Kachingle Pilot Medallion - Landing page for "join" link from Medallion

This page is not active on the Pilot Medallion. Once Kachingle is live in November, new users clicking the "Join Kachingle" link in the Medallion will be taken to a sign-up page with more information about Kachingle.

Note that joining Kachingle is not the same as "kachingling" a Site (e.g. turning "on" the Medallion for that Site). All of the users in the Pilot Medallion are defined as Kachinglers so they do not need to join. These pilot users can turn on and off kachingling though.
